Hii! My name is Suzi :) I'm currently an undergraduate student studying Pharmacy at the University of Nottingham. I love cats and like to play video games! I have tutored from KS1 to KS5 for around 4 years and found it incredibly exciting. I'd love to share my experience and get the best out of students while still having lots of fun :)

When I am not teaching, I love to read, play guitar, paint, listen to comedy podcasts (I love "Rob Beckett's and Josh Widdicombe's Parenting Hell"!) and watch stand-up comedy or panel shows. I have great communication, people and problem-solving skills. I view mistakes as an important part of the learning process so no matter how confident you are about a subject, we can work together to achieve your goals! When I am not teaching, I love to read, play guitar, paint, listen to comedy podcasts (I love "Rob Beckett's and Josh Widdicombe's Parenting Hell"!) and watch stand-up comedy or panel shows (James Acaster, Trevor Noah, John Oliver and Russell Howard are some of my favourites). With 10 years of experience as a private tutor and qualified Teacher (of English and Humanities) between London, Sarajevo and Berlin, I know how to pinpoint the strengths and needs of my students with efficiency and positivity. My travels and professional experiences outside of teaching make for an interesting and globally-minded approach to learning. I'm a voracious reader and a keen fisher, which means I've got patience for days and enthusiasm for years.

Hello! My name is Katie and I’m a third year student at Nottingham Trent University studying Primary Education. I have always enjoyed learning and helping others. I have experience working with children with a range of SEN through my time on placement in primary schools. The desire to become a primary school teacher has been fostered within me by my own educators as I have been told I have a good affinity with children. Whilst on placement I have worked and taught in a range of age groups from reception to year 6. I enjoy teaching each and every one! In my free time I like going for beach walks as I live on the coast and spending time with my family and friends. I also adore travelling and visiting new places and cultures.
