I have lived and worked on three continents, enjoying such diversity as Kenya, Spain, Ecuador, Gran Canaria, Portugal (Braga), Azerbaijan, Guernsey and Portugal (Porto). I now live in semi-retirement near London, in Surrey. I have been a Headteacher, Principal, Deputy Head, Head of Department and classroom practitioner throughout this time. I have delivered the national curriculum throughout this time following awarding body specifications for GCSE Maths, A Level Maths, A Level Further Maths, GCSE Physics and A Level Physics. I have taught students who are academically gifted and talented, struggling with mental or medical health issues as well as those who are disaffected with education. I have always retained a passionate enthusiasm to facilitate learning and enhance the lives of those I consider a privilege to invest time with. When I'm not helping others with their learning, I enjoy time with loved ones engaging in physical pursuits like swimming, cycling, and cooking. I have a range of qualifications, outlined below. Hi I’m Helen a student studying a Masters degree in Pharmacy at the University of Kent. I tutor Maths GCSE - up to year 10 Biology, chemistry and Geography - A-level, GCSE and KS3 Combined science and physics: up to year 10 I like painting and listening to music, I also enjoy singing and going out with friends. I tutor Biology, chemistry and geography for primary, GCSE and A-level students. I studied Geography, Biology and chemistry A-level where I achieved an A*,A*,A. I took 9 GCSE’s, these included Maths, double science and geography, where I achieved a: 9-9 in double since and an 8 in maths and 9 in geography.

I'm a second year physics student at the University of Warwick with a passion for sharing my knowledge with others! I enjoy learning all sorts of things not just physics and science related and I want more people to enjoy learning like I do. In my free time I enjoy hiking and rock climbing. I attended John Hampden Grammar School and completed 11 GCSEs achieving grade 9s in 8 subjects. I then studied Maths, Physics Further Maths and Chemistry at A-Level achieving an A* in all of them. I now am in my second year of a MPhys degree at the University of Warwick.
