Hello, my name is Helen and I have a BA degree in Criminal Justice Studies from Bradford University. The degree's main subjects were Criminal Law, Psychology, and Forensic Science. My hobbies include watching football, playing tennis, reading, and walking my dog. I have been an online tutor for 3 years. I have taught as an ESL tutor. During this time I have taught people of various ages and abilities. I create a positive learning environment. I personalize learning and create lessons that respond to students' interests. I equip students with the confidence and skills needed to incorporate technology into English language classrooms and for future jobs and life in general. Hi! My name is Beatriz and I am a 2nd Year Medical Student at HYMS. I really enjoy teaching others and the satisfaction of seeing someone you mentored excel. I achieved all A* at A-Level in Mathematics, Biology and Chemistry. I also did 11 GCSE’s, including seperate sciences and maths, and achieved all grades of 8 and 9. With more than 11 years of experience as a Maths Teacher and being a well-rounded educator, I have had the opportunity to teach a diverse group of students in key stages 1, 2, 3 and 4, thus enhancing my teaching techniques and instructional methods. I currently teach GCSE Maths and also A level Maths and IBDP MAA and MAI at college. I am a very enthusiastic and energetic with a good sense of humor, and I bring these qualities with me to every session I give. I hold a Master's in Teaching and Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. I have been teaching the British Curriculum for more than 11 years.
