Hi! My name is Tom, I'm a 23 year old History graduate with a passion for teaching and assisting others by utilising my extensive knowledge of various periods of history and historical topics. During my studies I have focused on topics such as medicine, American expansionism, British Politics (18thC, 19thC, 20thC and 21stC), Soviet Russia, China and many many more! I am sure that whatever is needed of me, I'll be able to assist to the best of my abilities! Having graduated as part of the Class of 2021, I am now in the process of becoming an English teacher in Guangzhou China! Away from studies, I love all things football as well as taking a keen interest in technology and world affairs. Aside from making sure I get the most from any tutoring lessons, I'm always up for discussion and a laugh!

Levels and subjects taught: Lower levels: Sciences and maths GCSEs: Chemistry, Biology, Maths, Physics A-levels: Chemistry, Biology, Maths Exam boards: AQA for chemistry, biology, and physics at GCSE and A-level. Maths GCSE - OCR, Maths A-level - OCR MEI B. However, I can prepare lessons for other exam boards and tailor the content to their specifications. Languages: English native and can also understand Malayalam Preferred student age group: GCSE is preferred and so is A-level however I am open to any age groups and can tailor my lesson to all needs. About me: I am currently a first-year medical student at King's College London and I have a passion for tutoring and helping students build their skills in these subjects. Aside from work I also love to play badminton and tennis and love going out with my friends. Hi! I’m Arushi. I teach Maths at a lower level and at GCSE level. I also teach for the 11+ and can teach economics A-level. I can tutor for OCR, Edexcel and AQA maths exam boards, CEM for 11+ and edexcel for economics A-level. I have previous experience tutoring younger students at my secondary school and have even been hand picked by teachers to tutor their pupils for them. Maths is a specific subject I have spent a lot of time with, learning it from a young age and continuing to do it through my A-levels where I received an A grade. I was commended at GCSE for my english language skills receiving a grade 9 and getting an 8 in english literature. I studied at one of the best grammar schools in the country for 7 years, allowing me to gain a valuable education which I would like to pass onto my students. Having done the 11+ myself, I am a capable teacher for this test. I am an extremely friendly person and I will always make sure my students feel comfortable. My main aim is to make sure I help you with whatever it is you need, whether that is a specific question or an area of content. I hope to hear from you soon!! I completed A-levels in Economics, Psychology and Maths. I achieved an A* in economics and an A in maths and psychology. I studied at one of the best grammar schools in the country and have been lucky enough to receive an outstanding education, which provides me with the ability to share this education with my own students.

I have dual nationality with both USA and UK passports thanks to my English mother. When I was much younger I gained 5 "O" levels and 1 "A" level while living in Taunton, England. I served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps. I have a 4-year university degree from San Diego, California. In 2004 I gained a TESOL certificate at Transworld Schools in San Francisco, California. I have over 12 years of cumulative teaching experience in Thailand, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Turkey, and China. I think that teaching English has benefitted me the most in the world around us. When I was in Kuwait I wrote and self-published a children's book entitled Korean Odyssey. I now live in Wiveliscombe, Somerset England awaiting a return to Thailand where my Thai wife is.
