Hello! My name is Najma and I study History at the University of Birmingham. I studied History, English Lit and Religious Studies at A-Level so I understand the stresses that come with essay-based subjects! Throughout my life, I have been taught by some incredible tutors and I hope that I can not only help you succeed in your exams, but also grow in confidence. I aim to make the sessions as relaxed as possible as I know how stressful school can get. My sessions will be tailored to you, ensuring that your academic needs are met. In order to find out what you want to work on, we can have a Trial session where we can get to know other as well as discussing your goals. From there, I will make a thorough lesson plan which specifically caters to you. During the sessions, an emphasis will be placed on exam techniques which will allow you to answer questions effectively. I will also offer useful revision tips and help you make resources (to spare you the chaos that is last-minute flashcard-making!) I like to make my lessons understanding, yet fun, so it doesn't feel like my student is back in school, but rather in a relaxed learning environment where they are free to make mistakes so they can learn better. I have various hobbies and interests, including reading, going to the gym, and watching sports, so I believe I have a variety of things I can relate to my students on, in order to build and maintain a rapport with them.

I am the co director of a successful and growing business as well as studying at the Open University allowing me to have a flexible scheduled. I have a breadth of experience working with young children, I have helped coach at my local boxing club as well as being a active tutor at action tutoring dedicating my time to help students get the grades they deserve. I am a passionate individual I enjoy teaching and have a enthusiastic approach which allows students to engage with content incredibly well. My name is Carys and I am an Economics student at the University of Nottingham. I teach Economics at A-level and GCSE, as well as GCSE Maths. I love Economics and I am passionate about helping young people achieve in Maths as it provides important fundamentals for life and further study. I am a 2nd year Economics student at the University of Nottingham. This year, I am taking macroeconomics, microeconomics and applied econometrics (maths and stats) modules. Before university, I studied Economics, Maths and Geography with an Extended Project at A-level. I studied Edexcel A Economics, Edexcel Geography and AQA Maths. In secondary school, I took 9 GCSE's including the core subjects as well as Geography, French, Art and Textiles.
