Hi! My name is Marina. I can tutor: English GSCE, Spanish GSCE, and Biology GSCE. I have extensive experience in tutoring and child care, and, having lived in the UK, USA, and Spain, am fluent in both the above languages. I believe in the potential of every teenager to enjoy learning, given the right approach—and tutoring is the perfect way to give your child an education tailored to their needs! I have a Bachelor's degree from King's College London in International Relations, and am coursing an MSc at the London School of Economics. I graduated from the International Baccalaureate at the top 10% of my cohort, with perfect marks in Biology. I also have 3 years of babysitting experience in Spanish and French, 1 year of tutoring children with learning disabilities, and 1 year of tutoring teenagers and adults in English and Spanish.

I’m currently a student studying biomedical engineering at university. I have been tutoring for 3 years and enjoy seeing my students progress and improve. I have taught students from primary to secondary schools. Helping students be more confident and improve in their subjects is always very rewarding. I’m a very patient tutor so students can feel comfortable to ask me multiple questions about topics they don’t feel confident in. I change my teaching style accordingly to my student’s preference to ensure they benefit the most of the lesson.

I'm an English Teacher from Ireland with a level 5 certificate in TEFL. I am currently living in Alicante, Spain where I am currently teaching with an English academy. I have experience teaching children from the age of five all the way up to adults. I have experience teaching all levels of English, from basic levels up to advanced levels. I am also capable and have experience teaching Cambridge exams. I love to create a fun and relaxed learning environment with both adults and children to ensure they obtain the best experience!
