Hello, I’m Tom! I have just completed the International Baccalaureate at a United World College. While at the college, I tutored local students and current students in Maths and Geography. Having a younger sister I began tutoring by aiding her with her primary school homework. I now love tutoring, helping students Conquer their academic Goals! I’m a third-year dental student with a passion for teaching. I’ve been tutoring Biology at A-Level and GCSE for over two years, helping students understand complex topics with ease. Outside of academics, I enjoy going to the gym and practicing kickboxing, always striving for self-improvement—both physically and mentally. I aim to bring the same dedication and focus to my tutoring, ensuring my students gain confidence and achieve top grades. I attended George Dixon Academy for secondary school, achieving an 8 in Biology at GCSE. I then studied at Birmingham Tuition Centre, earning an A* in A-Level Biology. Currently, I am in my third year of a Master’s in Dental Medicine at Plovdiv Medical University in Bulgaria, where I am developing in-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical sciences. My academic background, combined with my tutoring experience, allows me to teach Biology effectively and help students excel in their exams.

I have availability for students Mondays and Wednesdays daytimes only. I have been an educator and trainer for over 16 years and love nothing more than seeing students achieve their goals. I am a scuba diving instructor as my main role and work all over the world. I enjoy watching Netflix and love diving even when I am not in work. I have been lucky to see a lot of the world through all my roles during my career. I tutor 11+, English at primary level and also tutor mathematics and science up to GCSE. I have knowledge of all UK countries curriculum and also the German curriculum. I myself completed the 11+ equivalent when younger and understand the commitment and learning that is needed to succeed. My favourite subjects in school were maths, science and physical education. I am also experienced in working with children with additional learning needs.
