Hi there! I am a Ben and I've just started my second year as an Economics Student at the university of York. I love being busy and have lots of hobbies ranging from painting and songwriting to football and tennis. I am currently studying in my second year of my PhD in Forensic Science. I have a BSc in Forensic Science and I have been teaching in schools for the last 6 months, as well as lecturing in colleges and universities for the last 2 years. I also tutor GCSE English for the local authority. I have 3 kids, 3, 9 and 15. I am a commercial drone pilot and work in search and rescue, alongside the police. I try and have a flexible approach to learning, adapting how I teach to each individual student. I mainly tutor English but I can also tutor Sciences and exam skills

Recently, I have just finished my 3rd year of Biochemistry at the University of Kent in Canterbury. Next year, I will be undertaking a year studying data analytics. I have previous experience working for a franchised tutoring firm where I learnt how to engage with students of all capabilities and ages.
