With extensive experience teaching a wide range of subjects, I have developed interdisciplinary methods that make learning both enjoyable and relevant. By integrating geospatial sciences with English language instruction, I create lessons that demonstrate the real-world applications of what students are learning. My aim is to ignite curiosity and passion for the subject while equipping students with the skills to excel academically and beyond. Over the years, I have taught students from diverse age groups, from primary school to university, and from various cultural backgrounds and nationalities. This breadth of experience has allowed me to tailor my teaching approach to meet individual learning needs, ensuring that every student, regardless of their background, can succeed. Whether we are tackling complex geographical concepts or refining language skills, my goal is to make learning engaging and empowering for each student.

My name is Corina, and I am an Engineering student. Since the start of my academic journey, I began to cultivate great interest towards Math's and Sciences, finding the challenging nature of these subjects to be extremely rewarding. This has now led me to my current area of study, which I am enjoying more by the day. As a student, I understand from first hand how overwhelming these subjects can feel, as they are fast-paced and new concepts are constantly being introduced. However, over the course of my academic journey I have truly learned the importance of developing comprehensive understanding of the key concepts and how to organise effective revision plans. As a tutor, I look forward to helping students gain understanding of the foundations of each topic, so we can build confidence in approaching more complex situations. Math's and Science can be fun! When I am not studying, I enjoy to partake in physical activities and preserve a healthy work-to-life balance by dedicating time to my friends and most importantly, my family. My main hobbies include reading and painting. As for the future, I am aiming to become a Charted Structural Engineer and I would really like to learn a fourth language! I was born in London. Studied in UK till year 8. Moved to Pakistan for 3 years. Did my A levels and degree in UK after. I have taught maths for 3 years in United Arab Emirates. Currently doing a PGCE in Mathematics in London. I love teaching things, especially mathematics.
