My name is Syeda Ashfa Batool, I have very recently done my exams so i know the struggles of a hard working student. I want to use my experience and help other students excel in their exams using similar techniques that helped me. I also believe that everyones way of working is different so when we work together we will find what works best for you and help you do well in exams. Having delivered over 275 sessions I believed I have gained experience to work with a range of different students. Maths was one of my favourite subjects at school and even during college, so it is something i am looking forward to teaching most! My preferred age group is students doing their GCSEs or students in high school. Additionally, my age allows me to relate to students more easy and allows me to find common grounds to build a friendly mentor relationship. Some of my hobbies are reading books, cooking and meeting up with my friends :) I am a 2nd Year Medicine Student in the UK, pervious to this I took A-level Biology, Maths and Chemistry.

I am currently working on a dissertation topic looking at active learning techniques and I am very enthusiastic to bring these methods to life and bring out your best potential. Science is the best subject to implement different learning techniques like lab practicals, active recall and understanding topics at a cellular level. During holidays I like to travel to countries like Kenya and Tanzania to see the wildlife and beaches, my favourite city is Mombassa. Hope to hear from you too! I teach Biology and Chemistry at GCSE level and Biology A level. I'm a final-year Physiology student at the University of Aberdeen.
