I've studied in the UK for most of my life including my GCSEs and A-levels and so have a very thorough understanding of the curriculums as well as how to excel in them. Teaching is a personal passion of mine as I love to help others whenever and wherever possible. I like to be flexible in the way I teach and try to adapt it to the student as necessary. If the student needs lots of practice, then I will be here to support and facilitate them, while guiding them through any mistakes or problems they face along the way. I am a big fan of efficiency and like to learn things in a fun and intuitive way as opposed to methods of rote memorisation or brute force. Ultimately my goal is to help build solid foundations for the student to be able to excel and unlock their full potential from. My name's Uzair, and I'm an undergraduate student studying Chemistry and Molecular Physics at the University of Nottingham. Over my past three years at university, I've learned a lot, and figured it may prove useful to try to help others strive toward realising their best selves as far as academic growth is concerned. Speaking from personal experience, the learning process can feel incredibly daunting at times, but I'm hoping to make it more enjoyable for those who believe that's something they'd benefit from. At GCSE I achieved 5A*s, 3As, 2Bs and a C. My A*s included Maths (which I sat a year early), Physics and Chemistry - and I also got an A in Further Maths. At A-Level I achieved A*A*A - in Maths, Chemistry and Physics respectively. Enjoyed those a lot! At university, I've been studying Chemistry and Molecular Physics. I'll be entering my fourth and final year in September, and am projected to get a 2:1!
