Hi everyone! I am Rifah, a current first year medical student. I have already gained a bachelor's and a master's degree in the field of science, so it is safe to assume that I enjoy learning all things scientific! I also enjoy teaching science (and maths) which is why I have been tutoring both subjects for the past 6 years. I have experience tutoring one-to-one but also in a small class setting, where an actual classroom teaching is mimicked. However, during my one-to-one lessons I like to focus on my individual's student's needs and weakness, tailoring my help to what is the most beneficial for them. This is why I always ask for feedback from my students, and incorporate their ideas in my lesson to make it more engaging and fun. Nevertheless, I ensure that we cover all basis for what is needed to better their school performance. I am very familiar with all the exam boards offered by British schools (such as AQA, OCR, Edexcel, WJEC), thus I am confident that I will be able to help everyone to the best of my ability. Given my academic background, I can also help with personal statements and entrance exams required for Medicine.

Hi! I'm Catherine and I am currently a second year chemistry student at Loughborough University. I took GCSE triple science where I achieved a 9 in chemistry, 8 in physics and 7 in biology. I then took A Levels in Biology, Chemistry and Physics, where I achieved an A in Chemistry. I also achieved a first (75.3%) overall in my first year of university. In my free time, I play the piano, bake and compete in dance competitions! I am passionate about making a difference and helping students realise their potential. I am a dynamic and compassionate tutor, with the ability to adapt lessons to specifically meet each students unique needs. My name is Karima! I currently study an Economics degree at Swansea University and achieved A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry and Economics. I have been tutoring for over 3 years and enjoy being able to transfer my knowledge to others whilst instilling within them why their education is so important. I attained 10 grade 7-9s at GCSE in Business, History and Drama, and progressed to study A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Economics.
