Hi! My name is Yazmin, and I have been tutoring for 3 years for a range of different ages! I enjoy true crime, crocheting, and listening to Taylor Swift! I studied English Literature, Psychology, French, and completed an EPQ at A-Level, and am at first year at uni:) I am studying psychology at the University of York, in my first year after having just completed A-Levels. At A-Level, I achieved A*AA and also wrote an EPQ on psychopathy and its influence on successful relationships in the world around us. After working a year, I decided to apply for a part-time postgraduate degree in education, where I focused on learning about inclusive education and educational psychology. I also wrote a research paper about improving teaching strategies in the classroom. After deciding to move to France, I then took a course for how to teach English online to all age groups, from young children to adults. I also completed an advanced grammar and business English course. Currently, I'm teaching Cambridge English to young children and teenagers. I help students prepare for IGCES, GCSES and A levels. I also teach ESL to all age groups. At the moment, I am learning French and I'm currently on a B1 level in my language development.

I am a university student studying material science and engineering with a passion for creating change in society with whatever I do whether little or small. I've been tutoring and peer mentoring for the last few years now however I am eager to learn new skills and take a different approach so I am beginning to venture within the world of online tutoring.
