Hi! I’m Tia and I have been tutoring for over a year now, specialising in Geography, Business, History and Sociology. I aim to make every lesson count and ensure that my teaching style caters to your learning needs at all key stage levels. I have in-depth experience of GCSE and A-Level content, meaning I am able to plan your lessons effectively and deliver them in a coherent way. I’m currently in my second year of studying Marketing, and this is allows me to have the time to teach subjects I’m passionate and knowledgable about! I can confidently teach Geography, Business, History and Sociology for all primary and secondary school (SEND included) students including GCSE and A-Level.

I'm Klersa, I am studying Neuroscience at the University of Edinburgh. I studied biology, chemistry and physics at A level and I obtained A*AA. I enjoy tutoring and helping students improve their understanding of the subjects they struggle with, by personalising my teaching method to their needs. I think students can grow to love science subjects with the right help! I teach biology, physics, chemistry, and science at GCSE level and biology and chemistry at A level. I have experience with AQA, OCR A, and Edexcel exam boards. In my free time I enjoy hiking, attending live music and theatre events and reading books! I am a year 2 undergrad student at the University of Edinburgh. I study Neuroscience, which involves a lot of chemistry and biology. I hold A-level qualifications in physics, biology and chemistry with grades A*AA, demonstrating a strong knowledge of these subjects. My A-level results reflect my dedication to academic excellence and my passion for sciences as well as a strong aptitude for critical thinking and problem-solving. During my A levels I carried out multiple presentations, explaining key topics to my fellow classmates as part of a flipped learning program, favourable ones being on explaining intricate biological processes, such as the propagation of action potentials through synapses, amongst others.
