I use a variety of methods when delivering lessons to students, such as the use of verbal questioning, written questions, modelling answers and knowledge checks. This helps students to develop their knowledge and put this knowledge into practice. I also carry out a detailed analysis of students needs and requirements in the trial session or first session to give me a good understanding of where the focus needs to be.
