I am currently an Investment Analyst. I did my degree in Accounting and Finance with a year of studies abroad. I currently have a Master's degree in Finance. I am very enthusiastic about numbers and have spent years volunteering abroad teaching maths and also providing one-to-one maths tutoring in my community and in tutoring centers. I do all I can to tailor the structure of the tutoring to the need of all my students. Alongside providing tutoring to students, I do provide Maths tutoring to adults who require a maths certificate for a given profession. I am familiar and confident with the GCSE maths curriculum and with my strong background in accounting and finance, I am able to support anyone who needs help in understanding the principles and all the modules in Accounting and finance, and also supporting them with coursework and dissertations. I currently work remotely and therefore able to work on Zoom with any student during this pandemic. I am easy to talk to and always endeavor to understand all my students from the onset. Hi, my name is Punya and i recently finished the international Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. I love to read books and swim in my free time and my favourite animals are dogs and whales! I attend Warwick university and study law. I aspire to become a lawyer and specialise in international human rights law. I have completed my Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics at the University of Birmingham. Currently, I am studying as a postgraduate in PGCE Secondary Mathematics to become a fully qualified maths teacher at the end of this academic year. Over the course of teaching maths, I have thoroughly enjoyed encouraging and helping students to engage with the subject. My students have completed their studies not just doing well in their GCSEs, but have explained that they actually find more enjoyment and understanding in the subject. Throughout our sessions, I will use various problem solving methods to encourage students to think and explore different ideas that we will learn. This way, pupils are a lot more prepared for the interesting and challenging problems that appear on their test papers! I look forward to teaching you and growing your confidence and success in mathematics! I have graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Bsc Mathematics degree. Currently, I am studying for my PGCE in secondary maths in order to become a fully qualified maths teacher with QTS. As well as mathematics, I enjoy music and arts. I have sat the LAMDA and piano examinations up to grade 8 and bassoon exams up to grade 6.
