I am a first-year student at the University of Liverpool studying International Relations. I went to school in Birmingham and studied History, English Literature and Economics A-level. I have a strong interest in the humanities, especially politics. I went to a Grammar school for my secondary and sixth form education so I have specific knowledge of the 11+ exam. Hi! I am 4th year medical student currently studying at the University of Leicester. I am a tutor who will focus on where you feel your weak spots may be and help you build confidence in those areas. I always adapt to my students style of learning so they can get the most out of their sessions ! I teach GCSE Combined Science, Biology, Chemistry and Maths. I did my GCSEs with Edexcel but I am also very comfortable with other exam boards. I also teach A Level Biology and Chemistry. At A Level I took my Biology exam using AQA and Chemistry using OCR but , again, I am comfortable with other exam boards. A bit more about me - I really enjoy listening to music and like to explore my creativity by crocheting clothes. GCSE Results: SIX grade 9's (in all three sciences, RS, english lit and lang) , FOUR grade 8's. (maths, geography, sociology, french) A-Level Results: Biology- A*, Chemistry-A* , Maths- A Currently in my fourth year studying medicine at a top 10 UK medical school :)

Hi I am Mary Jo and I love teaching! I have been tutoring 6th to 12th graders for many years, as well as adults, both in English and in Spanish. I enjoy the connection that is developed from teaching and sharing lessons, working on project works and exams. The challenge of helping a student realize their full potential, participate actively in the learning process and finally achieve top results, is one of the best experiences for me. Plans tailored to your interests, necessities and goals are important to reach those results. So we can work together to develop topics and activities in order to make this classes interesting and enjoyable. I like watching series, working out, traveling, drawing and playing the guitar. I worked towards an undergraduate education degree where I qualified as a an educator, specialising in English. After working a year, I decided to apply for a part-time postgraduate degree in education, where I focused on learning about inclusive education and educational psychology. I also wrote a research paper about improving teaching strategies in the classroom. After deciding to move to France, I then took a course for how to teach English online to all age groups, from young children to adults. I also completed an advanced grammar and business English course. Currently, I'm teaching Cambridge English to young children and teenagers. I help students prepare for IGCES, GCSES and A levels. I also teach ESL to all age groups. At the moment, I am learning French and I'm currently on a B1 level in my language development.
