Hello my name is Edward, I am currently a first undergraduate studying Mechanical Engineering at UCL. I have a year of tutoring experience and I'm here to help assist fellow students. I have many hobbies, I enjoy keeping fit by practising kickboxing and going to the gym regularly. I also play guitar and have a passion for music. I also try to spend a good amount of time reading, i'm currently making my way through the Game of Thrones books. During my GCSEs I was a very high achiever receiving all 9s and 8s, I also took part in multiple extra curricular activities to improve my academics including a Maths masterclass during year 10 to improve my understanding of the subject. I then went on to obtain an A* in A level Maths, an A in A level Further Maths, an A in A level physics and a B in A level psychology. I am now currently studying undergraduate Mechanical Engineering at UCL.

I am currently a student studying Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge. I enjoy playing water polo as well as snooker in my free time to help me unwind and get some exercise. I love physics, this is my ultimate passion and is what I want to persue in the future. I achieved 4A* in A-level Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Further Mathematics. I also achieved an A* in my Extended Project Essay (EPQ). I study Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge where I took Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and Earth Sciences in my first year and am currently studying Physics and Mathematics in my second year.

I am passionate about helping young people get the most out of their education. I will work with you and your child to find common ground, relate their studies to things that interest and engage them, and hopefully be that one to one person who makes things "click" for them. Working within a class suits a lot of children, but isn't always the best approach for everyone. Asking questions is a lot easier when you are in a safe one to one environment. Whether you need someone to sit with your child while they do their homework, work on extra examples to deepen their understanding so they enjoy class time more, or work towards an entrance or 11 plus exam I can help. I have worked in and out of schools since I gained my degree. I am married with a teenage daughter. Outside of work I love being outdoors, walking, gardening and on my paddleboard. I have a first class BaHons in Fashion and Textiles as this was my passion as a teenager and worked for many years as a clothing buyer. I loved school and gained 4 a levels (AABB) and 11 GCSES (a*/a). Unlike many parents I loved homeschooling my daughter during covid and it made me realise that tutoring was going to be in my future

Hi! I'm Lucia and I am currently studying Chemical Engineering at the University of Manchester. I tutor GCSE and A level Maths. I have been a tutor for 3 years. Having recently completed my exams, I have up-to-date knowledge of current exam formats and a strong grasp of effective exam techniques, along with insights into what examiners prioritise. I am passionate about your education and believe in being life-long learners. I would love to help students achieve their goals, whether that may be overcoming difficult concepts or achieving a higher grade. I am currently a Chemical Engineering student at the University of Manchester. I have experience with OCR A level Biology and Chemistry and Edexcel Maths for GCSE and A level. I achieved 3 A*s in my A-levels for Biology, Chemistry and Maths. I also achieved 10 GCSE’s which were all 8-9 grades.
