Hi! I’m Kai, a fairly easy-going guy from London and I have been tutoring for just over 5 years and love every minute of it! I am here to help you ace your exams and provide that 'lightbulb' moment! Whichever way you learn best I will tailor my lessons to you. I tend to use many different resources depending on what suits your learning style, for example I usually incorporate diagrams and flowcharts to visualise some of the tricker concepts. I know when I was a student, having a tutor was a huge benefit to me as I was able to understand concepts from a different point of view. Away from tutoring, I am also a huge fan of football (Real Madrid of course!) and Athletics, mostly 100m and 200m sprinting and I previously represented both my County and Athletics Club several times at regional level. I teach senior high school mathematics at all levels, from foundational to advanced. With years of experience as a government tax specialist and roles as a system analyst, programmer, and statistician in IT, I transitioned to teaching, which has always been my passion. I began tutoring in college to support my expenses and discovered the rewarding challenge of working with a student with dyscalculia. Through tailored strategies and building strong rapport, she succeeded. My diverse background has made me resourceful and innovative, enhancing my effectiveness in both teaching and problem-solving.
