Hi there! Nice to meet you. I'm Ibrahim Mohammed, and I'm here to help you on your educational journey. As a student, I gained knowledge about different subjects and how to teach, and I intend to apply this to become a great tutor. During the first session, I would identify what areas the student is weaker in as well as the exam board and knowledge of the student. I will mainly use past paper and exam-style questions as I believe that this is the most effective way to revise for these subjects. Hello, I’m Rose Anne. I’ve had the privilege of teaching English online to students of all ages and skill levels. Teaching is my passion, and there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing my students grow and gain confidence in their language abilities. I create a supportive, interactive learning environment where students feel comfortable participating, and asking questions. Outside of teaching, I enjoy reading, baking, cooking for my three children, and exploring nature. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Teaching English as a Foreign Language or TEFL certification with 120 hours of intensive coursework. Currently, I am pursuing a post-graduate degree in Law, further expanding my academic and professional expertise.

I am currently a first year university student, studying PPE (politics, philosophy and economics) at the university of York. I successfully achieved straight As and A*s (7,8,9s) at GCSE, which led me to pick history, biology and Spanish at A level. I am particularly unique when it comes to Spanish teaching as I am a native speaker, being half Spanish, and having spoken the language from as little as I can remember. I sat my GCSE’s and A levels at Mayfield school, a boarding school for girls in East Sussex. After my a levels, I had successfully gotten into my firm and my insurance choice universities ( the university of Nottingham an the university of York). Both universities being Russel group, I ended up deciding to attend the university of York, here I currently am a first year studying PPE (BA)(politics, philosophy an economics).

I'm a passionate STEM teacher, with a focus on Computer Science and Maths. When it comes to tutoring I'm not interested in just showing you what the answer is but how we arrive at that answer and build a deeper understanding of the subject. Understanding your syllabus is one of the best ways to ensure you don't only learn your exam content but that it sticks until you need it. I achieved highly at GCSE and then went on to get A*AA at A-Level in Computer Science, Physics, and Maths respectively. I am now a Computer Science student at the University of Leeds. I've worked as a tutor for a few years now, both in and out of classrooms.
