Hi, I am Matisha and I tutor English, Maths and Spanish from primary level up to and including GCSE. I am currently a second-year university student and have been tutoring (both privately and on GoStudent) for 2 years. I love reading, listening to music, watching movies and television series and playing sports! I am also a CELTA qualified EFL teacher, and have spent a great deal of my life working or living abroad in countries including Saudi Arabia, France, Turkey, the United States and Japan. For personal pursuits, I enjoy travelling, playing the piano, visiting the gym, watching Clemson University's college football team and PC gaming. I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Clemson University (South Carolina, USA). My undergraduate degree is a BA (Hons) in English, awarded by Loughborough University in 2003. After leaving university, I achieved my CELTA certification, and worked in Japan teaching English. Later, I had a career change and started to work for a global investment bank, and have worked as a financial analyst, economic analyst and management accountant. I have CTLLS and DTLLS teaching qualifications, which I earned while teaching BTEC subjects at college.

I am a first year Chemical Engineering student at the University of Manchester. I am originally from Sheffield and love to spend time with my friends , swimming or walking in the Peak District!! I have also spent some time recently travelling around the world and would love to one day visit all 7 continents!
