Hello! I started tutoring at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. I have a background of Science and Anatomy. I can tutor English, maths, and science at primary school level, and maths up to year 9 - specialising in years 5 and 6 maths, and 11+ exam prep. I have a certificate to teach English as a foreign/second language, and I work with 11+ exam preparation. I am a member of MENSA and I incorporate my logical thinking into my teaching, which children find helpful because of 'step by step' techniques. I like to make our sessions as fun as possible, including games and lots of praise! If one teaching method isn't working, let’s try it a different way. I speak some German, so if you are a native German speaker wanting to learn English, I may be able to incorporate this into our sessions. I'm happy to help with any GCSE or A-level Human Biology or Anatomy questions! I am also very musical, I fluently play the ukulele and bass guitar, and I sing too. I am a member of the George Formby Society and regularly play in front of a live audience. I can help with any questions you might have regarding these instruments!

Hi! I'm Tom, 21 years old, and currently a student at the university of Birmingham studying chemical engineering at a masters level. I'm very enthusiastic about anything maths and science, bringing practical engineering application to life. I live in the heart of north wales, love to swim and play football. I attended the Kings school Chester for both secondary school and sixth form. I obtained seven grade 9's, two grade 8's and an A* in further maths (10 A*s in old money). At sixth form, I obtained an A* in maths and chemistry, and an A in physics at A level. I then went on to study chemical engineering at the University of Birmingham, averaging a first-class honours degree in my first three years. I am now currently going into my final year to obtain an integrated masters degree.

**SSH** Hi, I am Mandini. Teaching has always been a passion of mine and out of that, Mathematics is a subject that has a lot to teach and learn. I believe that there is a champ at math in every child and I would call myself a person who works very hard to bring up that champ in all my students. I have had the opportunity to tutor many young schoolers who found it difficult to grasp the subject but with my unique teaching techniques and robust lesson plans, I have successfully been able to show my students the right path to achieve a top grade in math. I am a highly organized and flexible tutor and I would confidently say that I have in-depth knowledge of the subject matter I teach.
