I did my Bachelors degree at Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh and my Masters degree at the University of Glasgow in Astrophysics. I graduated with merit, and I have been teaching private classes ever since. Other than having a passion for physics and maths, as well as a love of communicating it, I also play guitar, write poetry, and go hiking.

Hi, I am Naomi and I am thrilled to be your online tutor. I have had the pleasure of working with students from different ages and backgrounds. I am a tutor for Mathematics and my target students are primary to secondary students. Everyone has a unique learning style, and I like to adapt my teaching approach to meet each student’s needs. I use the online interactive whiteboard for lessons which allows both parties to write, annotate or highlight on the screen. The work for every lesson is carefully designed to suit each individual's need which is identified from initial assessment and ongoing observations. I am a medical student, studying abroad in Georgia. I have been a tutor for 3 years and have mentored students, helping them with their assignments. I enjoy playing a range of sports such as football, basketball and table tennis. I've competed in various sport tournaments. I also like drawing and painting. Other interests I have include travelling, sightseeing and cooking. In my free time, I like to watch boxing and play video games. I am fluent in English and Punjabi and I am currently learning Spanish and Georgian.

Hello, my name is Aaliyah and I am from England. I am a person who is positive about every aspect of life. There are many things I like to do, to see, and to experience. I love to travel and visit many different countries with my family and friends. I am no stranger to trying new things, especially food. I love food! A lot. I also enjoy painting, singing and dancing, even though some would say I should leave dancing to the professionals. I have been teaching for about 2 years and I am also TESOL certifie. I have worked at one of the most prestigious schools, Oxted High School. Working at Oxted has highlighted the importance of having competent, supportive and passionate teaching staff to support students in their studies. I have had the pleasure of working with many children from different age groups, whether it be in a group setting or one-to-one. My role was to ensure that children with learning difficulties get the best support they need and have an equal opportunity at learning.
