Hi! My name is Elissa and I am a first year student of Primary Education living and studying in Scotland. I found my passion for teaching whilst living in Spain and decided that now is the best time to pursue a career I love. I am fascinated by languages so can't wait to tutor both English and Spanish and help you to improve! I would prefer to teach primary aged students to continue to gain experience in the field I plan to work in. As well as completing my Scottish Highers to a high standard, I am am also TEFL qualified and currently studying toward my MA in Primary Education. To improve my higher grade in English and better my chances of a place in university, I completed a university level English access course where I achieved an A (1st class merit).

My relationship with Spanish started during my University career, but quickly developed during my year of study abroad in Santiago de Compostela, Spain. I have over two years' experience sharing my knowledge, experience and enthusiasm with students of various ages, and have supported pupils to prepare for exams or simply learn for fun. Having previously been a nervous speaker myself, my goal is to show students how capable they really are of holding their own in another language. I always make sure to identify pupils' learning preferences and areas of difficulty, and tailor my lessons to support each individual. In this way, I help learners to build stronger understanding of key concepts, excellent listening, reading and writing skills, as well as newfound confidence when speaking.

Hi, my name’s Arandeep and I’m 20, I am a second year Economics BSc student at the University of Nottingham. I predominantly tutor Maths at GCSE and A-Level with 3 years of experience and have increased Maths GCSE grades for all student’s I tutored for the previous exam season. Maths is a massive passion of mine and I hope to make the student find their passion for maths and achieve the best possible grades. As Economics is what I currently study, I am more than familiar with the content at A-Level (having only completed my A-Levels 3 years ago) and I know of the essential skills and techniques required. I enjoy playing sports with avid interests in Football and Cricket, I play Sunday League Football as well as 5-a-side and played for my school and college Cricket team. As well as sports I enjoy listening to podcasts regarding finance and technology (fintech). I play PlayStation occasionally and go to the gym regularly as a way to stay on top of fitness. Hi there! My name is Kevin and I am an English and Irish teacher who recently moved to London to pursue an MA in Theatre Directing. I have been teaching several students both subjects over the past 2 years to great success. I have experience teaching English and Irish to all levels, History to GCSE standard and Performing Arts up to third level. I love seeing students find a passion for a subject they have written off as being too difficult or obscure. I am approachable, friendly and love the subjects I teach. I usually get students to teach the subjects to me to see if they truly understand what we have covered. I am also a big nerd with a love for all things fantasy, literature and animation! I have a 2.1 Masters in Education and currently on a 1.1 average on MA in Theatre Directing. I also have a BA in English and Irish with Performing Arts Studies. I also have a grade 8 RIAM qualification in Piano and am extremely passionate about music.
