Hello! I am Myreen and I am excited to be part of your learning journey. I hold a bachelors degree in sec. Ed. Major in math With almost 5 years of experience. Math is a subject I am passionate about. I strive to make math not only understandable but also fun and engaging for all of my students. 1 focus on building a strong foundation, fostering critical thinking, and helping students develop confidence in their skills. I finished my bachelors degree in Secondary Education Majoring in Mathematics in Westmead International School. I am licensed professional teacher, finished a 100-hour training on English proficiency on TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority) and TEFL certified. For my experience, I started as a tutor in all subjects for students from kinder to secondary students. Then I became a professor handling Mathematics in the Modern World, and Statistics and probability. Lastly, I became an upper primary teacher in Mathemagis Singapore Maths.

I know what it’s like to stare at a subject and think, “this makes no sense.” I’ve been there — and now I love helping others push past that. I’m a first-class graduate in Economics and Management, and I tutor A-level and GCSE subjects like Biology, History, Economics, Maths, and more. I break things down in a way that actually clicks, and I’m all about making learning feel less stressful and more empowering. If you want someone who genuinely gets it and can help you get results, I’ve got you. I’ve always loved learning, not just for the grades but because I enjoy understanding how things work and helping others do the same. I graduated with First-Class Honours in Economics and Management from Royal Holloway, University of London, where I studied everything from corporate finance to leadership. Before that, I earned an A* in A-level History and an A in Biology, along with strong GCSEs across English (9), Maths (8), Sciences, and Humanities. I’ve recently completed a Level 3 Personal Training qualification as well. I enjoy applying knowledge in real life, whether it’s in the gym or the classroom, and I genuinely enjoy sharing what I know with others.

About Me Hello! My name is Mary Ann Suizo, and I am a dedicated and passionate educator with a love for fostering growth and curiosity in students. I have always believed in the transformative power of education, and my goal is to create an engaging, supportive, and inclusive environment where every student feels empowered to succeed. With experience in Mathematics areas such as General Mathematics and Statistics and Probability, also in Science for General Physics 1 and 2, I aim to inspire a love of learning and develop critical thinking skills that students can carry with them throughout their lives. Outside the classroom, I enjoy playing Lawn Tennis as my sports and Reading and Studying nonfiction books especially an inspirational and motivational true to life journey which help me stay balanced and bring fresh perspectives to my teaching. Education I hold a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a Post-Baccalaureate in Teacher Education with a major in Mathematics. I am currently pursuing a Master's in Education, also with a major in Mathematics which provided me with a solid foundation in both pedagogical theory and subject-specific knowledge. Through my studies, I developed a strong understanding of how to create lesson plans that meet diverse learning needs, while also fostering a positive classroom environment. Additionally, I have participated in professional development trainings, seminars and workshops for the past years, ensuring that I stay updated with the latest teaching strategies and educational tools. My educational journey continues as I strive to refine my skills and become a better teacher for my students every day.

Enthusiastic and hardworking tutor beginning University in September 2024 to study an MEng in Chemical Engineering. My personal love for science and maths makes me keen to share the importance of science with others.
