Hello, my name is Scott and I live in the United Kingdom. I have a Master's Degree in Sociology and I have been tutoring English for three years. In my classroom, I create a fun and engaging teaching environment where students can study English with confidence.

Enthusiastic and hardworking tutor beginning University in September 2024 to study an MEng in Chemical Engineering. My personal love for science and maths makes me keen to share the importance of science with others. I am passionate about helping others fulfil their academic potential and reach their goals through personalised and clear lessons.

I am from Sri Lanka and I finished my IGCSEs and IALs there. Majored in Physics and Mathematics. I enjoy teaching Mathematics and Physics. In my free time, I like to craft model RC planes, listen to audiobooks and train in grappling arts. I am excited to get to know you and have fun learning things together!

I’m currently a student studying biomedical engineering at university. I have been tutoring for 3 years and enjoy seeing my students progress and improve. I have taught students from primary to secondary schools. Helping students be more confident and improve in their subjects is always very rewarding. I’m a very patient tutor so students can feel comfortable to ask me multiple questions about topics they don’t feel confident in. I change my teaching style accordingly to my student’s preference to ensure they benefit the most of the lesson.
