About me

I am a passionate and dedicated tutor for 11+, as well as English Literature and Biology GCSE and A Level. I look forward to working to suit your child’s strengths and helping improve in areas they might not feel as confident in to help achieve their target goal. For my secondary education, I attended The Tiffin Girl’s School, where I completed both my GCSEs and my A Levels, which include English Literature and Biology. Furthermore, I completed both GCSE and A Level Tamil as an extracurricular. I am currently competing my Masters degree of Biomedical Science at St George’s University.

GCSE: Maths Exam board exp: Edexcel/ private school exam entry/ UCAT and medical school entry Languages: English Preferred student age group: KS3/GCSE Outside of academics, I love sport. At university, I am involved in women's rugby, netball and badminton, allowing me to have a good work-life balance. I also play a big role in charities, having taken part in many different volunteering schemes and partnerships. In one of the partnerships schemes I took part in, I taught science to primary school children. I am also a huge advocate for equality as demonstrated by my roles in the Women in Medicine Society and also the Diversity Society at school. As a student ambassador at university and a previous school prefect, I am always professional and I have the experience of acting as a good role model for students. I am currently a second year medical student at King's College London. I chose to study medicine because I love learning about how our body works and what happens if something goes wrong. I hope to use my knowledge and skills to help others. At school, I achieved 3 A*s at A level in Biology, Chemistry and Maths and 10 A*s and 2 As at GCSE, therefore I am confident in my abilities to support students in achieving their highest goals.

Hi! My names Guy and I have just finished my Undergraduate degree in Theology, Religion and Culture at King’s College London! The beauty of a theology degree is that it is extremely multi-dimensional, allowing me to study areas such as Ancient Greek, Sociology, Christian Art, Film, and Philosophy to name a few. Additionally I have A*’s in Biology and RS A-level and am very much looking forward to the opportunity to get share what I have learnt with my tutees, helping them to be able to walk away from any Exam or piece of homework being able to say they did the absolute best they could! My hobbies include playing the Saxophone and hiking, as well as watching films.

Hello! My name is Amar and I'm studying Physics at the University of Manchester. Teaching Maths and Physics is something I've enjoyed doing here and there during school, but I'd like to take it a step further and offer my insight and abilities to any students who could benefit from them. Having scored an A* in Maths and an A in Physics at A-Level, I am confident that I can effectively tutor these subjects. Outside of academia I'm an avid guitar player, a hobby of mine is writing music, comprising solo works and songs for my band. I'm a big football fan too, my favourite club is Liverpool FC. YNWA! 11 GCSEs at Tiffin School, Kingston (2016-21). Maths (9), Physics (9), Biology (9), Chemistry (9), Maths (9), English Literature (8), English Lang. (8), French (9), Spanish (9), Religion & Philosophy (9), Design & Technology (9). 3 A Levels at Tiffin School, Kingston (2022-23). Maths (A*), Physics (A), Chemistry (A). I have been part of several programmes in school, teaching Maths and Physics to GCSE students who need extra assistance. I am due to be part of a similar programme in my 2nd year at university, helping the new first-years with their Physics studies.
