Next year I am going to the University of Exeter to study sports science, after taking a few years out of education due to COVID. At GCSE level I got predomantly 8's and at A levels I got awarded ABB from the government (though if I took the exams I would have gotten higher). Outside of education I love anything to do with sports, whether that be playing them or just watching them. I am a avid gym goer and used to be a Great British athlete when I was 14-16! Now however, I just casually play sports for fun, with my favourite sports being rugby, swimming and waterpolo. Also in the Summer, I love to spend most of my time down the beach surfing!

I mostly use powerpoint presentations to tutor KS3 students and while helping my students prepare for their 11+ exam, and it has proved to make lessons more engaging for them. However, in case of GCSE and A-levels, I invite my students to the whiteboard so we can solve, draw and practice in real-time. About Me I am a Civil Engineer pursuing a Master's in Water Resources Management, with over 9 years of experience in the STEM field. Since early 2022, I have taught Physics and Mathematics to Middle Year, GCSE, and A-Level students, with over 90% of my students achieving top grades (7+ in GCSE or A/A* at A-Level). My teaching approach ensures students not only understand the material but also enjoy the learning process. Hi! I'm a second year undergraduate student at the University of Bath studying Economics. I'm a keen kayaker and enjoy cooking. My specialty is in Mathematics, having performed well at both GCSE and A-Levels, and have experience assisting with students, including those with poor reading comprehension. A*, A*, A, B in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Biology and History at A-Level. I was a part of a programme to assist the reading of children with poor developmental skills, and have taken part in my university’s peer mentor scheme, aiding new students as they begin a new chapter.

Hi! My name is Elissa and I am a first year student of Primary Education living and studying in Scotland. I found my passion for teaching whilst living in Spain and decided that now is the best time to pursue a career I love. I am fascinated by languages so can't wait to tutor both English and Spanish and help you to improve! I would prefer to teach primary aged students to continue to gain experience in the field I plan to work in. As well as completing my Scottish Highers to a high standard, I am am also TEFL qualified and currently studying toward my MA in Primary Education.
