I am Manjot Singh. I have done secondary school in Italy. I have a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy. Currently, I am doing Masters in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. As I am a Mechanical Engineer, I have extensive knowledge in subjects like maths and physics. I can teach also Italian. I have experience in tutoring for 3 years. I am a sporty person, I like playing football and going to the gym. Music lover.

I'm a huge mental health advocate too, so helping my students with their confidence in expression is my number one priority at all times. Poetry is my specialty, as I dedicated one full year to it in university, but as an Honours graduate of English, Philosophy & Creative Writing in NUI Galway, it's fair to say I'm pretty passionate about English Literature! After achieving a H1 in my own Leaving Certificate in 2015, I also privately tutored English at Leaving Certificate level (specialising in Essay Writing and Poetry) as well as completed my Teaching English as a Second Language certificate. With English, there is certainly no such thing as 'one-size- fits-all'. I hope to unlock students' individual creativity and confidence with carefully tailored lessons to suit you. I believe in using a facilitating approach where I will provide the tools and aid to allow you to work smarter, not harder, and show all the joys that studying the great English classics and modern poets has to offer-- as well as guide you through the thrilling experience of developing and exploring your own writing abilities! I've been spending my year volunteering as a Student mentor, writing, painting, and performing art! I decided I would like to enjoy sharing my past knowledge with younger people! I completed Highschool in Panama and Scotland. Completed my higher qualifications with 3 A's and 2 B's. Later then enrolled into university and successfully completed my first year! I find a lot of joy in volunteering, advocating for human rights, and writing, therefore transferred to Political Science after my first year!

I studied Economics with law at the University of Liverpool for my undergraduate degree and I am about to finish my master's degree in medical statistics at LSHTM. I like hiking, bouldering watching theatre productions(my favourite musical is Wicked). I also like finding new places to eat. -I am no longer accepting any new student as I have resigned from this role.
