I’m an experienced tutor currently studying Economics in my first year at university. I am passionate and committed to helping students advance in their learning. My teaching philosophy revolves around fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills to help students excel in their exams. I am a second-year Geography with Economics at Loughborough University. I have been tutoring professionally for almost three years, specialising in Maths and English curriculums up to GCSE level. I am also proficient in my knowledge of multiple 11+ exam boards in all four subjects. I consider myself a friendly, reliable tutor who is determined explain things in a way that's understandable to each of my students specifically.

Hi, my name is Medhavi and I am a first year medical student. I aspire to teach in a way that is tailored for the student's individual needs by combining aspects of theory with hands-on learning and exam questions. I hope to foster a positive and encouraging environment for the student by patiently easing them into the content and building our way up. I understand that attending tuition can be a daunting experience at times, which is why I strive to be a compassionate and understanding tutor. I have achieved all top grades 7-9 in GCSE, with 9s in Biology and Chemistry. I have also achieved As in A Level Psychology and Biology. From years 7-13, I attended a highly selective grammar school and am now entering my first year of medical school. I have taken part in work experience at Broomfield hospital and have received certification for this. I have prior experience with tutoring, and have worked alongside children ages 5 and up in both teaching and volunteering jobs.
