Resume
Hi there! My name is Luke, and I live in Oxfordshire, England. I am available to tutor for all subjects at primary level, as well as English and Media Studies up until A-level, and History to GCSE. Until recently I was working as a primary school teacher, but decided on a change in career direction. I have a degree in Film Studies with English Literature from the University of Southampton, as well as a Post-Graduate Certificate of Education from Oxford Brookes. I have experience teaching children of all ages (plus adults), and have worked with students from all across the globe. Although I am happy tutoring in all subjects, my areas of passion are English, History and Media Studies. In my spare time I love to read, play strategy games, and watch Taskmaster on Channel 4!

Hello! I'm Ma. Nuelma Villa, and I am a TEFL Certified English Teacher. I hold a degree in Special Education and am currently completing the final stage of my Master's program. I've been teaching students at various levels for over a decade and I've developed a keen ability to connect with my students and inspire them to reach their full potential. I am passionate about making my students' learning interactive and exciting. I enjoy exploring and learning digital tools and strategies to help enhance my students' online learning experiences. When I'm not in the classroom, I enjoy baking and exploring nature, which often inspires my lessons. My goal as a teacher is to foster a supportive and dynamic virtual environment where each of my student can thrive and develop a lifelong love for learning.

Levels & Subjects I teach: KS3: Maths, Physics and Chemistry GCSE: Maths, Physics and Chemistry A-level: Maths and Physics Exam board experience: Preferably AQA for Physics and Chemistry Preferably Edexcel for Maths Languages: English Arabic I have had a growing interest in teaching Maths and Physics from a young age where I used to explain concepts to my siblings and classmates that they found tricky. Now, with almost a year experience of tutoring under my belt, I feel that teaching is the right career path for me. I really enjoy sharing my knowledge and will put in all my effort to help you improve. I am currently studying towards a Masters in Astrophysics at UCL and achieved top grades at GCSE and A-level. I have experience in senior maths and physics challenges, entrance exams for universities and general exam technique and problem solving. In my free time, I mainly enjoy playing table tennis, however video games, drawing, learning languages (French at the moment) as well as TV/anime also interest me. I am originally from Lebanon.

Levels and Subjects I teach: I’m an English and History teacher with GoStudent. I can teach these at GCSE and A Level. As a professional writer I can offer academic and creative writing classes to adults and higher level students. I am a teacher of environmental science. I have an MSc in Conservation Ecology and extensive field experience in Latin America, Africa and Asia. Having studied and worked as a professional actor, I can also offer Drama/Acting classes to A Level. Languages: Apart from English, I'm also a fluent Spanish speaker. Preferred student age groups: I prefer to work with students from 10 years and older (to adults), however I have worked with students from 6 years up. About me: I have been a professional travel, environment, and creative writer for the last 20 years, and a teacher for the last 9. I have a background in acting, drama and conservation ecology and when it comes to teaching I draw on these skills to make my classes as fun, dynamic, and interesting as possible. I often use roleplay, music, media, and games to enhance students learning and understanding. Learning is so much easier when it’s fun and thought-provoking. I teach students from young children to the executives of large companies. Outside of my roles as teacher and writer I have also worked as an actor, journalist, conservationist and professional mountain and nature tour guide and tour designer. I love wildplaces. When not working, I love hiking, film, theatre, acting, travel, snorkelling, diving, photography, and martial arts. I also run workshops in creative writing.
