Hi! I'm Alfa. GCSE: Chemistry, Biology, Maths A-Level: Preferred student age group: upto GCSEs I enjoy watching medical documentaries, playing board games, meeting new people, travelling, trying different food, baking (sometimes), and I can speak 3 languages: English, Hindi and Konkani. Teaching is also what I enjoy. In the past, I had set up a revision group with a few of my friends, and helped them get their first A grade in the final GCSE exam! My lessons are very interactive, and I am open to any ideas to make them even better. To succeed, I believe a strong foundation is the key, which is why I work on the basics first with my students, before moving to the harder concepts. Homeworks and revisiting topics will help retain the information. I am a student at the University of Oxford studying French and Spanish. I have been a tutor for nearly 3 years now in both languages. I love helping to progress other students' language skills in a fun, creative and engaging way that challenges and helps them to develop their spoken, written, reading and listening abilities. I studied at The Abbey School, Reading. I achieved 44/45 in the International Bacceleaureate. My higher levels were French, History and Spanish (7, 7, 7).
