I am an engineering university student with a diverse educational background from different countries. Owing to my diverse experience, I am able to teach using varied curricula, adopt different systems, and incorporate appropriate approaches to meet the needs of the students. I am still a student, so I have first-hand experience with what students require from a student's perspective. Although I have around 3 years of experience working as a part-time tutor, both online and physical,  I have been tutoring as a volunteer for about 8 years now.  I have worked with students from different parts of the world of all levels and ages. Aside from teaching as a career, I am passionate about it because I aspire that "learning should be fun." I teach because I love it, because I enjoy it, and because I want to help the student improve in the most amusing way possible. As the saying goes "if you do what you love, you will do it with passion," and I am here to help the students realize that they love learning. I began my lower-level studies in Tanzania (my home country), where I picked up the British educational system. I later received a scholarship to study abroad as an exchange student, moved to the US to complete part of my high school there, and then returned to Tanzania to finish my A-levels. At this point, starting with the modest volunteer programs I was taking part in in Tanzania, this is when I first learned about teaching. I was awarded another scholarship to Turkey to start my bachelor's in engineering. And this is when I started teaching as a part-time profession, taking it to the next level. I currently live in Lithuania as an Erasmus student and am constantly exploring new adventures and experiences as a teacher through different youth programs and volunteer camps. Likewise, I can't wait to embark on a new journey with you.

I'm particularly interested in topics which involve the Gothic, medievalism, post-colonialism and socio-political issues. I love learning languages - I'm currently learning Mandarin and I also speak Romanian fluently. I love horror, fantasy & sci-fi movies and books (currently reading A Game of Thrones by George RR Martin & The Wandering Earth by Liu Cixin) as well as political theory books such as Caliban & the Witch by Silvia Federici. I'm also very passionate about creative writing having won a couple of competitions where my work was published in one instance. I believe my expertise can be of great help for many students. I am currently a University student studying a biosciences degree in Zoology! I am passionate about biology and animals/the environment in particular. After my degree I am looking to work in animal conservation specifically. Aside from my degree, I love sports (especially taekwondo/martial arts and netball) and I am interested in how understanding biology can improve performance.

Hi, I'm Zak. I teach Maths and Physics from GCSE to A-Level and I teach Further Maths at A-Level. I am passionate about science, especially astronomy and astrophysics. I aim to help develop problem-solving skills and make the subject easy to understand. I have GCSEs and A-levels in Maths and Physics. For my A-Levels I achieved an A in Physics and Maths and a B in Further Maths. I have studied Physics and Astrophysics at University for one year, and I have worked as an instructor teaching Engineering and Mechanics.
