My name is Francesca and I am a Law graduate at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). I have always been particularly passionate about essay-based subjects and reading, and have been honing my skills in these areas for many years. My main fields of interest are Medical Law and Family Law and I would like to enter these areas of law in the future, giving those most vulnerable a voice. I will soon be starting my Masters in Law, as a stepping stone to qualify as a Solicitor. Away from my university work, I love singing and have performed in 11 musicals so far. I spend a lot of my free time with my societies, mainly the Filipino society, yoga society and music society.

I am a certified TESOL teacher who studied English at college, and law and business studies at university. I spent three years teaching English in Tokyo, Japan - first for a language school and then in business. Since returning to the UK, I have taught for many different companies and also as a private home tutor. I'm used to teaching adults and children of all ages and am accustomed to working towards examinations. As a tutor, it's important that my student feels comfortable and has confidence in my abilities to help them progress so I have a relaxed manner when teaching but with an eye on reaching targets. So we will look at the areas where you need help, look at your existing approach to learning and work out strategies to get you where you need to be. I enjoy writing and sometimes write content for websites. I'm also great at watching tennis - not so good at playing though. I spent lockdown doing a lot of baking with friends online and caught up on watching some of the films that I'd always been meaning to watch. Now that the world is opening up again, I'm keen to do some travelling and hopefully some watersports - two other passions of mine. I look forward to meeting you, to teaching you and to helping you!

Hi there! I'm a second-year student at LMU studying Medical Bioscience. I'm really into science and hope to work in research and development someday. Right now, I'm learning a lot as a lab technician assistant at my university. When I'm not in the lab, I enjoy tutoring students in science at a local center.
