Hello! I'm Christhony Mark D. Payat, a licensed Mechanical Engineer with a passion for education. As a math tutor, I've helped students navigate challenging concepts, boosting both their academic success and confidence. I aim to create a positive, supportive learning environment where students can reach their full potential. Outside of teaching, I'm an avid pianist and chess player, hobbies that enhance my creativity and analytical skills—qualities I bring into my teaching. My goal is to inspire and support students as they grow academically and personally. I have a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and am currently pursuing a Master's in Public Administration. My goal is to combine technical expertise with management skills to expand my career opportunities and make a positive impact. Alongside my studies, I’ve gained valuable experience as a math tutor, working both independently and in a private school. Hi my name is Arun. I am currently a dental student studying to become a fully qualified dentist. I have a great passion for learning and constantly developing my knowledge. I am very keen on helping other people with their education and sharing my knowledge with them. It gives me great satisfaction to feel that I have helped somebody learn something new. I am very easy-going and have a teaching style that can be adapted to you personally! Core GCSE subjects all at Grade A* Level- Maths, Triple sciences (3 separate GCSE's), English Language and English Literature, Geography, GCSE PE, Resistant Materials Design and Technology. Did A-Level Maths, Biology and Chemistry. My first University degree was in Biomedical Material Sciences at the University of Birmingham where I achieved an upper 2:1 Currently at the University of Liverpool studying Dentistry.

My hobbies are cooking (and eating) as well as art and cycling. I know that maths is not everyone's favourite subject which is why I focus on my students own capabilities and understandings, as for many questions there will be different paths you can take to get to the correct answer so finding the best route for my student is key. I achieved an A* in A-Level maths just over a year ago so the exam style questions are really fresh in my mind. I received a grade 8 in mathematics at GCSE. I am currently studying mathematics at the University of Birmingham, solely because I enjoy the subject so much. My A-level grades are: A* in Maths, A in Art, A in History and a D in Chemistry.
