I'm currently in my second year of med school at Newcastle University, juggling my studies with a taste for adventure. Growing up bilingual (thanks to my English father and Italian mother), I've had the privilege of experiencing two vibrant cultures. Most of our family vacations revolve around my Italian heritage, which is something I truly cherish. When I'm not nose-deep in my medical textbooks, you can catch me kicking a football on the field or sweating it out at the gym. Staying active is a big deal for me. Plus, I'm all about exploring new avenues. This year, I decided to give bouldering a shot – it's quite hard at first but once you get the hang of it, it can be really good fun. I am an experienced Mathematics & Computer Science tutor. With my last cohort of students, I witnessed exponential improvements with students fluency and confidence. I have over three years experience in teaching. I have extensive teaching experience with students aged 5 – 18 and I have helped students to obtain the highest grades at KS1 – KS3 & GCSE. I can also provide coaching for career related advice and support with college and university applications. I hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate. As well as using published materials, I provide bespoke materials for students based on examination questions so that they are able to develop their mathematical or computer science fluency and problem-solving skills. At the end of each session, students receive detailed notes of work covered, either in Word, PowerPoint or Microsoft Whiteboard format. I aim to make my sessions engaging, bringing in interactive elements and whiteboards as much as possible especially for my younger students in order to create a simulated, real-life fun experience with each hour. I hold a 1st Class Degree in Computer Science from The University of Birmingham. I also completed Maths, Computer Science and Economics A-levels, attaining an AAB respectively. I also hold strong GCSE grades covering Maths, English, Science, History and particularly completing ICT at a a grade A*

I am a vibrant and keen teacher that has prior experience of working with a range of young people. I have a passion for reading and English literature, from the classics to recent literature. I am studying English and American literature at university and have a desire to pass on the wonder of literature to others. I have completed both GCSEs and A-Levels, including English literature, classical civilisation and philosophy and ethics. I have multiple previous jobs and work experience of working and teaching children in both a primary school and secondary school environment. I am currently studying English and American literature at Royal Holloway for a three year course.

Hello! My name's Tom and I'm currently studying Politics and International Relations at the University of Bath. I love reading, board games and anything chocolatey.
