I was born in Norwich, England and completed my schooling in South Africa. I have a passion for teaching and I believe that we are capable of learning so much more when we are enjoying ourselves. I have a clear and easily understood accent and I cannot wait to meet you in the classroom where pronunciation, good grades and fun are the name of the game. I enjoy helping children overcome difficulties with speech and interpretation of the English language. I am qualified to teach English children(TEFL) and adults (CELTA). I have completed more than 7,000 practical lessons or 2,500 hours of teaching students online. I have 5 years worth of informal face-to-face teaching in a SundaySchool classroom. I have 20 years worth of experience training adults in the telecommunications sector. I successfully completed my first year of teachers training in 1979 and had to stop due to ill health.

I had a great time living with the French family and improving on my French language skills whilst helping improve their English skills. I'm an English Teacher from Ireland with a level 5 certificate in TEFL. I am currently living in Alicante, Spain where I am currently teaching with an English academy. I have experience teaching children from the age of five all the way up to adults. I have experience teaching all levels of English, from basic levels up to advanced levels.
