CURRENT AVAILABILITY: - Not taking on any primary students. - Happy to take on Year 10/11 history or english students depending on availability. Currently studying Modern History with Economics at the University of Manchester, I have experience teaching a wide range of history GCSE and A Level topics. The topics I have the most experience is in: Nazi Germany, The Cold War, Medicine through time, Anglo Saxon and Norman England, 20th Century Russia (1894-1924) and Britain during the 17th century (1625-1701); given the wide scope of history modules I study at University, I have a broader understanding of history - especially modern history. In addition to this, I am qualified and able to teach AQA GCSE English Language/Literature - including texts such as the Inspector Calls, Power and Conflict (Poetry), and Macbeth/Romeo and Juliet to a high level given my success at GCSE and A Level for English. As a tutor I would bring an infectious passion to continuous learning and improvement, helping students realise that commitment and hard work can take you far. Hi ! I have been tutoring children, teenagers and adults for the past 8+ years. I've got experience in tutoring, exam preparation and teaching English as a foreign language. While teaching I like to set a routine, but also use games and initiate conversations to increase students' interest in a subject.
