Hi there! I am a 25 year old graduate of the University of Bristol, having studied Aerospace Engineering. I have worked in a Michelin-plated kitchen, studied in Germany, worked for charity, and at engineering firms alike. I love to learn about everything, and see how technology and science shapes everything we interact with today. I am a patient and easy-going tutor, looking to help students ace their exams. I can provide personal experience and guidance on University life and how the STEM subjects are expanded upon. I attended Altrincham Grammar School for Boys, achieving A*AA at A-levels in Maths, Further Maths, and Physics. At University, I spent a year studying in Germany and working for charity to supplement my 2:1 degree in Aerospace Engineering. Having spent a year working in industry, I am working on a Master's in Renewable Engineering to supplement my learning. I have papers published in reputable journals like Nature, studying the effects of azithromycin on the heart, as well as how gene alterations affect pace-making.

Hi! I'm Natalie, and I'm a 20-year old Politics student currently in my second year at Aberystwyth University. I'm offering tutoring for English (GCSE), Maths (at primary level), History (GCSE) and 11+ entrance exams. Though I might be young, I'm well-qualified, with 3 A Levels (ABB, History/Latin/Gov't & Politics) and 11 GCSEs (inc. Maths, English Language and English Literature). My education informs my style of teaching; thorough and clear, but always engaging and adaptive. I have experience with most of the major exam boards' course content, including AQA, WJEC and OCR. I'm originally from Liverpool, and attended The Blue Coat School in Wavertree for my secondary and sixth form education. I come from a disadvantaged background, and this helps me to understand the needs of students struggling with their education, emotions or engagement with others; I believe it is just as important to understand and connect with students as it is to help them achieve their potential. I tutor both at primary and GCSE level, but I have most experience in tutoring for 11+ exams; my secondary school was a selective grammar school, which I gained entry to in the top band. I am very familiar with the content of these exams and the techniques that can be used to prepare well for them. Outside of my work and studies, I'm engaged in politics, I like to keep fit and I enjoy a game of chess (this is not to say I win as often as I'd like, however!) Most importantly, I try to enjoy the time I spend doing anything, and I always strive for it to be the same for my students by making enjoyable and engaging lessons for them. Hi! I'm Sarah and I am passionate about teaching and education! The subject areas I tutor at Lower Level, GCSE and A-Level are English (Literature or Language) and History, with specialisms in Shakespeare and Mid 19th - Mid 20th Century literature, and England: 1066-1216. I have 4 years of teaching and childcare experience in a range of settings from nursery to school.
