Hello! I am Princess and I have over 5 years experiencing tutoring. I have great knowledge of the 11+ entrance exam (that I myself have sat and passed) and techniques to improve prospects of passing. I have taught in the UK and also abroad in Abu Dhabi and embrace all students irrespective of ability! I have taught science to those that are not native English speakers, yet still helped them to achieve their full potential. I also have experience working with SEND students and have developed effective strategies to ensure success. I have a passion for science with a Masters degree from King's College London in Applied Neuroscience and secured a distinction. I am very knowledgeable of the subject and always look for fun and creative ways to teach!

Hi! My name is Melissa. :) I tutor: -Any year of English/Scottish curriculum primary school. -Years 7-11 English curriculum high school. -S1-5 Scottish curriculum high school (including National 5 and Higher) I have been a tutor with GoStudent for two years, tutoring high school and primary school students. Previously, I was an assistant in a Pupil Support English class for a year. I assisted students in various ways, such as helping them to read, write and create stories. I received an award from my school for my work in Pupil Support. I tutored a National 5 pupil in my high school. I co-run a junior creative writing club so I have experience making creative writing engaging. I am the Classics Representative of my university book club, planning and running the weekly sessions. I enjoy reading and writing and have done most of my life. I also enjoy going on nature walks, spending time with friends and family, exploring new places (anything from bookshops to waterfalls to museums), and catching up on TV. My favourite TV shows are Friends, How I Met Your Mother and Stranger Things. I hope to inspire confidence and allow students to reach their full potential. I know how crucial a particular teacher or method can be to a student. I hope to be that for people like others have been for me.

I am an English student at the University of Nottingham, currently working on my degree, which I intend to further with a Masters degree. I came from Essex, studying for 7 years at KEGS, a top-tier grammar school, where I attained 14 GCSE's, and 3 A-levels. I spent much of that time tutoring and teaching students below me, as I have a great passion for teaching.
