I am patient but firm and I believe that everyone has the ability to be excellent as I myself went from being a 3 C's student to a 3 A's student at a-level. My teaching style is to adapt to each individual’s learning styles. I also do a lot of past papers as I want you to be able to use your knowledge to be able to tackle any questions. I am a 3rd year medical student. I got 3As at Alevel and 5A*s at GCSE. I have been tutoring for 2 years now for ages from year 3 to year 11. Each child I have tutored in secondary school has gone up at least one grade and majority of my primary school students have gotten into grammar/private schools.

I am a first year optometry student at the University of Manchester. Having recently completed college, my knowledge is current with the academic syllabus, and I am looking forward to assisting students in enhancing their academic achievements by teaching them using various methods and tricks. I have experience assisting children in schools who require support, and I consistently adapt my approach to meet their individual needs, striving to provide the best assistance possible. I have obtained grades 7 to 9 in nine GCSE subjects, including English and Mathematics, and have demonstrated strong academic performance in A-level Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biology. In 2023, I earned the Silver Olympiad in Chemistry, which reflects my depth of knowledge in the subject.

Hi, I'm Laura, a qualified Primary School Teacher from the UK. I have been tutoring professionally for over 3 years now. Alongside operating in the private sector, I currently work as a professional tutor for my local council, providing tuition to children who cannot attend mainstream schools. I am also a classroom teacher 2 days a week, working across all age phases (3-11). As I have a degree in English, it is my specialist subject. I tutor Language up to GCSE and Literature up to A-level. I have experience preparing students for the 11+ too. I am fully DBS checked.
