I am a master’s student at the University of York in legal and political theory, I hold my undergraduate degree in law from the University of Warwick. In my free time I enjoy running, cooking, reading and photography. I have over two years’ experience in tutoring and am passionate about education. The University of Warwick; LLB in Law (2020-2024). Whilst at Warwick I organised the first ever Warwick Law Summit, completed a summer research project and presented my dissertation at an undergraduate conference. Currently studying BSc Physiotherapy at Brunel University of London, after studying A Level Psychology, Biology and PE. I want to give back to students the type of tutoring I received during my studies; though exam practice, interactive sessions and content revision I am currently studying towards a degree in Physiotherapy at Brunel University. I achieved A*AB in A level Psychology, Biology and PE. At GCSE I studied geography, PE, Citizenship and Spanish. All of these subjects come together to aid my current studies.

My name is Ash and I love tutoring students and showing them ways through which they can not only become a confident learner, but also a confident person overall. I believe that learning should not always be serious and so I tend to make learning interesting for my students at all times. My previous students have said that they never notice the time go whilst learning with me. I enjoy baking, singing, swimming and travelling. I graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in Mathematics, in 2013 and later completed a Master of Education in Mathematics in 2018. With a decade of teaching experience, I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to reach their full academic potential. I utilize a variety of instructional techniques and materials, including online resources, to accommodate diverse learning styles and ensure that each student has the tools they need to succeed. My approach focuses on guiding students toward their educational goals, whether transitioning to postsecondary education, pursuing vocational paths, or achieving personal growth. I continuously assess and document both the academic and social progress of my students, maintaining thorough records and analyzing data to inform my teaching strategies. To keep parents and guardians involved, I communicate regularly through multiple channels and hold conferences as needed to discuss individual progress, aligning with school requirements and ensuring a collaborative approach to each student's development.
