I an an experienced private tutor with 6 years teaching experience and a PhD degree from a prestigious u.k university. I have been teaching GCSE science, A-level chemistry and biology, and biomedical science as well as foundation courses for chemistry, pharmacy and biomedical sciences.

I am a retired teacher who loves teaching. Now I work a four day week tutoring online, helping students understand their course and prepare for the exams. It is encouraging to hear how my students get on and there is a satisfaction in knowing that I have helped them experience exam success. Working Monday to Thursday I have a timetable which I fit my students into. This makes me reliable which is an important factor in choosing a tutor. My sessions are usually early afternoon (2pm on) to early evening (7 or 8pm). To accommodate home schoolers I do offer Wednesday mornings (10am, 11am or 12pm) so if you are studying at home and would like an early session I offer Weds. I am a dedicated mechanical engineering student at Queen Mary's University of London with a passion for mathematics. During the sessions, I work with my students through the agreed upon topic paying close attention to the core concepts, we go through some exam-style questions, and also learn how to frame the answers in the way examiners expect. I also share effecting studying and memory techniques to enable them to better learn and master their content. In my spare time, I enjoy singing (I'm currently taking a music theory class and hope to progress to one day play the cello) and dancing. These help me unwind and also have fun!
