Teaching is a passion that allows me to combine my love for learning with my desire to help others succeed. I completed my General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) in the United Kingdom, where I laid the foundation for my academic journey. Subsequently, I pursued my A-levels, advancing my knowledge in specific subjects and preparing for higher education. Currently, I am enrolled in university, where I am actively engaged in furthering my education. This stage of my academic journey has provided me with opportunities to delve deeper into my chosen field of study, contributing to my overall growth and development. I am dedicated to achieving academic excellence and acquiring valuable skills that will shape my future endeavors.

I am a Registered Psychometrician who has worked in an educational institution for several years. I also have four years of experience teaching English and I am TEFL-certified. During my first year of teaching, I became an assessor for young learners. I assess and evaluate their proficiency in the English language. Additionally, I was allowed to teach Business English to young professionals and businesspeople. I help them prepare for exams and presentations and enhance their professional communication. I also help boost their confidence in speaking. Teaching has always been my passion. It allows me to share my knowledge and inspire my students to succeed. During my free time, I read novels and watch movies. I also love traveling and exploring other cultures and trying different cuisines. I majored in Psychology at the university and earned thirty-nine (39) academic units in my master's degree in Psychological Measurement at De La Salle University. I have always been interested in studying Psychology because it is fascinating. It helps us understand human behavior, thoughts, and emotions. It is like uncovering the reason why people behave in a particular way, which can lead to better relationships and communication. I took the board exams to become a Registered Psychometrician in 2015. As a Psychometrician, I specialize in the development, administration and interpretation of psychological tests that measure a variety of attributes such as intelligence, personality and behavior. I play a crucial role in ensuring these tests are scientifically valid, reliable and unbiased. Furthermore, I love teaching the English language as well. Language is a vital tool for communication, and it is amazingly rewarding to help others develop that skill too.

Positive and enthusiastic by nature, I approach life with optimism. Therefore, seeing students develop and grow as individuals gives me great satisfaction. I consider myself a successful mentor if I can positively influence their future. In addition to my ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, my ability to plan and organise effectively is essential for being a competent mentor. I cope very well with pressure and can adapt various style of teaching methods when needed to deliver consistent results. Aside from academics, I am passionate about team building sports such as cricket and logical games such as chess.
