Hello, I'm Armi, an English teacher since 2021. Having completed my postgraduate studies in 2023, my primary focus is English teaching, although I find joy in exploring various academic subjects. My classes are conducted entirely in English, aiming for an immersive learning experience. Beyond teaching, I'm passionate about community service, have military experience, and enjoy figure skating and fashion modeling for international competitions. My ultimate goal is to support your success in today's world by fostering an engaging and effective English learning environment. I have a strong academic background with honors in Business Management from Singapore and Marketing Management from the Philippines. I went to secondary school at Reading School, where I had to take the 11+ to get in. I did my GCSEs and A-Levels here. I went to Royal Holloway University of London after my A-Levels. I am passionate about teaching and have taught Mathematics as a School and lesson Teacher for over seven years. In my years of teaching Mathematics, I have been able to teach and explain mathematical ideas to my young students by creating a classroom atmosphere that allows them to relate what they have been taught to practical, real-life problems.
