My motive is to build confidence in my students and make them see the potential in themselves. Hi! I'm Pia. The subject I teach is Mathematics at primary school level to GCSE level and also GCSE and A-level Biology. I understand that maths and biology can present difficult challenges and having received tutoring for both subjects, it has really helped me to understand and enjoy the subjects a lot. I hope to be able to help other students develop their confidence and learn to enjoy maths and biology too! I completed 9 GCSEs, including an A in Maths, Biology and Chemistry and also completed my A-levels with an A in Maths and Biology and B in Chemistry. I am currently studying Biomedical Science at the University of Birmingham. Even though I am not studying a mathematical course at university, maths has always been my favourite subject throughout school. I used to really struggle with exams and tutoring helped me to achieve the best grades I could get. My goal is not only to help students understand maths and biology so that they can also excel in their exams but also to make it fun and approachable!
