I am currently pursuing my bachelors in Economics at the University of Warwick. Academically, I have excelled in my examinations with 3 A*s and 1A in A Levels and 11A*s in my GCSEs. While on the extra academic front, I have held many leadership positions and won several competitions. But most importantly, I have been tutoring for the past 5 years where I have taught students A Level, GCSE and IGCSE Maths, Economics and English in Pakistan, USA and Saudi Arabia and am proud to say that I have boosted grades of each individual I have taught. Pursuing Economics at the University of Warwick with two scholarships which are a testament to my academic excellence. Lower Levels: Maths GCSE: Maths and Further Maths A-Level: Maths and Further Maths I am the most knowledgeable about AQAs exam boards, however can also tutor Edexcel and OCR. I’m a 2nd year mathematics student at the University of Bath and I enjoy playing lacrosse, watching motorsport (and go karting) and running! I received A*A*AA at A-Levels and A* in EPQ. I have 11 GCSEs grades 7-9 including a 9 in Maths. I have taken part in many Maths Challenges, receiving golds and ‘Best in Year’ as well as receiving a merit in the Girls’ Mathematics Olympiad. In sixth form, I was also a subject leader for maths and so enjoy helping others learn and understand the subject :)

Hi, Im Lia! I'm a second year psychology student at Loughborough University. Studying psychology, I am constantly learning about people and the way that our brains work both individually and together. This includes studying the most effective ways to learn and recall information. My AS and A-Levels consisted of 3 core subjects, so I have an array of expertise when it comes to exam technique. With my goal of becoming a secondary teacher, I am really looking forward to bringing my passion and enthusiasm to the virtual classroom. I already have a few years experience tutoring secondary students, so have discovered firsthand the best ways to engage and assist my students in whatever way they need. I am a strong believer in the importance of practicing exam questions and their structure when it comes to revision. Therefore within my sessions, I will discuss areas and topics that you may be finding more difficult, find a new way to explain it to you, and finally complete as many past paper questions surrounding the topic, to ensure that you receive all the marks, and therefore the grades that you deserve. I am currently studying BSc Psychology at Loughborough University, and once having graduated next year, am look to further my teaching career by completing a secondary PGCE in Science with Biology at University of Cambridge.
