Hi I’m Mahnoor! I am a qualified English teacher with years of experience both in tutoring and school teaching. Why learn with me? I love to deliver lessons tailored to each student that are fun as well as engaging and I encourage students to interact as much as possible. I believe it’s important to make sure students are practicing what they’re taught or revising in their spare time and I am their biggest cheer leader to push them to meet targets! I have plenty of resources for activities, worksheets, homework and especially exam revision! As well as remaining friendly and an approachable person, I also strongly believe in creating and maintaining a professional relationship as a tutor. When I am not tutoring, I like to spend my time with my family, friends and most importantly- my daughter! During my downtime, I enjoy reading, painting and trying out new cooking recipes!

I tutor English Language, English Literature and Maths. I have been tutoring since I finished university and I really enjoy it. In between tutoring I write my own poetry and bake cakes to relax. I like making my lessons fun and enjoyable, focusing on what the pupils want to gain and adapt accordingly. I am incredibly patient and will explain ideas as many times as needed to ensure students understand. I want my lessons into be sessions students look forward to in order to gain the most from them.

I am an undergraduate studying mechanical engineering MEng, I've tutored maths and physics for 2 years and have loved guiding and teaching my students to pass their GCSE's and A-levels As I am still in full time education and having completed my own GCSE's and A-Levels I can understand how stressful and difficult it is learning subjects in classrooms without one to one help. That's why I try cater to students needs, breaking down the subject matter into simpler explanations and then work through exam questions to show how its used in practice. I know the value of getting to understand a student and their needs, from how they learn best to how to keep them engaged in lessons. Past Experience: I have tutored both math's and physics before to GCSE and A-level standards for two years and am particularly confidant in these subjects. I can teach biology and chemistry at a GCSE standard as well. I am available all days of the week, I am familiar with most exam boards, If booking a trial lesson having a specific subject(s) or question(s) you need help with will be most apricated. My hobbies include traveling abroad, skiing, rugby, D&D, reading and cooking. My current goals include getting a 1st in my Masters Degree and getting back into shape
