I am a recent graduate from Durham University, achieving a 2:1 grade in BA Economics. I am excited to be able to share my wide range of knowledge and skills in mathematics, essay writing and analysis as a tutor that I have accumulated during my academic career.

I am a Spanish native speaker, English and Spanish teacher who enjoys meeting people and learning about other people's culture. I also speak French and I worked for Alliance Francaise for a couple of years. I have been tutoring and preparing students for their GCSE's for three years, I am currently tutoring ESL (English as a second language) and French GCSE's as well. My oldest student started when she was in year 9 and she has improved her marks in Spanish consistently I also have experience teaching children online. I am fond of walking in the nature, spending time outdoors when possible and watching TV series. Hey! As an Economics student with a passion in banking finance and enjoys problem solving I believe I have a duty to share my knowledge and help students achieve academic success. 2500+ tutoring hours with Go Student. I teach KS2 – KS5, year 2/ 6 SATS, GCSE and A level. I provide bespoke 1-2-1 online tuition to enable my students to learn from anywhere in the world! I deliver English tuition using the latest digital technology for collaborative learning in fun and interactive sessions. For KS2-KS3 students, I focus on SPaG, reading comprehension of fiction, non-fiction and poetry, and improving sentence and paragraph structure. I use positive reinforcement continuously during my sessions to motivate my students. I have extensive experience of AQA, WJEC, Edexcel and Eduqas curriculums for GCSE and Advanced level studies. I teach Ofqual’s Assessment Objectives: how to respond to texts, analyse their language, form and structure, consider the relationship between texts and contexts, and to use a wide range of vocabulary and sentence structures. Also, I help my students to understand set texts: prose, plays and poetry, and to improve their transactional and creative writing skills. I provide bespoke teaching sessions to suit students’ individual needs. I support my students through their studies to improve their confidence to answer essay and exam questions. I help students with comprehension by teaching them textual analysis to improve their interpretative skills and offer a lot of past paper practice. As well as sharing my extensive academic knowledge, I am patient with my students', who respond well to my approach and excel under my tutelage.
