I am 26 years old and I am from Eastbourne, UK. I am a student teacher of Modern Studies (a mix of Politics, Criminology and Sociology), and have taught this at Higher level (A-levels for English schools) in school. I have also taught History and Geography, and I aim to dual-qualify as a History teacher soon. My undergraduate degree is in History and Politics at Stirling University. I have recently finished my PGDE (the additional teaching qualification - PGCE in England) at the University of Glasgow. Prior to this, I have sat the Modern Studies, History, Business studies and RMPS exams at Higher level myself in 2017. Prior to teaching, I worked for elected representatives in both the UK and Scottish Parliaments, and have also worked in Communications for different organisations. I hope my background makes me a stand-out choice :)

From bringing my study of English up to being a recent QUB English & Linguistics graduate, I also brought my love for studying English to life by getting involved in many extra-cirricular activities such as being a member of the QUB English society, participating in the Bar Mock Trial and also BBC News School Report; as well as being the English prefect through A-Level.

I am a 2nd year medical student who is dedicated and determined to helping others reach their goals, improve their confidence and help people enter exam season feeling prepared. I have 3 years experience in tutoring so I am very comfortable with all exam boards at GCSE and A level. I help my students by giving them tips on how to answer exam questions and ways to maximise their marks as well as just understanding the content.
