Lower level: Maths and 11+ (entrance and SATs) GCSE: Biology (AQA would be preferred) and Maths I am fluent in Turkish. My preferred age groups would be 11-16 (up until GCSE) I am 22 years old, with a lot of educational experience surrounding Maths and Science that I would love to transfer to my students. I believe that learning should be fun for all and strive to ensure my students are enjoying our lessons. My hobbies include going to the gym and baking. I am a second year Physician Associate Master’s student with a background in Biomedical Sciences (Immunology). I have an ever-growing passion for medicine and the world of science, and aspire to forward my knowledge to my students in an enjoyable and interactive way. I have taught students who are academically gifted and talented, struggling with mental or medical health issues as well as those who are disaffected with education. I have always retained a passionate enthusiasm to facilitate learning and enhance the lives of those I consider a privilege to invest time with. When I'm not helping others with their learning, I enjoy time with loved ones engaging in physical pursuits like swimming, cycling, and cooking. I have a range of qualifications, outlined below. I am also a massive fan of the performing arts (dance, singing, acting, music) and I regularly perform and choreograph shows and I have taught a variety of dance styles for almost 10 years. I am a Trainee Primary Teacher, currently working in a Reception class (ages 4-5). I have an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Aberdeen, and I am working towards a Postgraduate Certificate in (Primary) Education. I have previous experience tutoring a range of ages and abilities. I have studied both GCSEs and A-Levels in the UK, quite recently, with my GCSEs being under the new 'number' grading system. This means I have a comprehensive understanding of the exams, as well as the trials and tribulations that come with them. I feel that puts me in the best position possible to tutor and support a fellow student through such an important stage in their life. In my free time, I love to play football and basketball with my friends, and go to the gym!
